
So this isn’t exactly poetry in the traditional sense but it may well be true depending on how you look at it. You can see my previous attempts at spine poetry here, here and here.
After my previous attempts here and here, I am discovering that spine poetry is not only a lot of fun, it is an excellent form of procrastination from the tons of reading I have to do for my Masters degree. The titles of textbooks about political economy are not very inspiring unfortunately but here is my latest effort:

After my previous attempt at spine poetry, here is my latest effort… and this time, it rhymes! Spine poetry can be quite challenging as it is hard to come up with something that actually makes some sort of sense, even allowing for some artistic or poetic licence. It’s still fun though 🙂 I doubt I’ll be able to manage another one that actually rhymes. I think that might be my peak.

I know I’m jumping on the bandwagon a bit late but here is my first attempt at spine poetry. Now that I have moved back home this week, I have been reunited with my own/family book collection so I can experiment with it properly.
P.S. I will be going into hibernation again for the next few days as I plan to finally start reading ‘1Q84’ by Haruki Murakami…
